Asset Management Ontario (AMONTario) invites you to an asset management workshop on Monday, June 10, 2019 at St. Clair Township’s Council Chambers.

Description

This workshop (1 p.m. to 4 p.m.) is designed for municipal staff in the Lambton County / Sarnia-area whose work connects with asset management. This can include staff from various departments (finance, public works, administration, etc.) and levels.

The workshop will present a framework to evaluate asset risks and then use that information to support decision-making as part of the budget and asset lifecycle management process.
