This session will help enable participants to implement effective strategies that enhance the overall performance and reliability of their infrastructure assets while meeting desired levels of service, facilitating a deeper understanding of the needs – and commitments – we make to our communities around sustainable service delivery.

Delivery partners: For the past five years AMO, as part of its administration of the CCBF, has engaged AMONTario in its delivery of asset management training to municipal staff across Ontario. This webinar series will share the tools and templates, lessons learned and best practices from industry experts, trainers, and municipalities who have participated in the past training sessions.

This initiative is offered through the Municipal Asset Management Program, which is delivered by the Federation of Canadian Municipalities and funded by the Government of Canada.
