Asset Management Advisor, District of Saanich
The District of Saanich is seeking an experienced Asset Management (AM) Advisor to join the AM Program Office in providing centralized AM functions for the organization under the District-wide AM Program. Reporting to the AM Program Manager, this position performs an advisory role to the organization as an AM subject matter expert for engineered and natural assets, and a project management role in delivering centralized AM projects identified in the AM Strategy. The AM Advisor fosters the development of consistent AM culture, systems, processes and practices across the organization in accordance with the AM Policy, and provides guidance and support to all Departments in the development and implementation of their AM Plans. Overall, this position supports continual improvement of AM
practices towards the goal of sustainable service delivery.

Advisor, Asset Management, The Region of Peel
The Strategy Advisor is primarily responsible to promote, implement and update the Region of Peel’s Corporate Asset Management Strategy. The incumbent must apply their specialized and expert knowledge of asset management and Peel’s Corporate Asset Management Strategy in an appropriate manner to accurately assess the state of Peel’s infrastructure and infrastructure requirements to meet service delivery objectives.
The Advisor is also responsible to continually assess the relevance of the various tools, processes, methodologies and reporting practices under Peel’s asset management strategy and implement changes as necessary to reflect the changing dynamics of Peel’s environment, services and business practices.

Project Coordinator, Energy & Asset Manage – City of Kingston
Reporting to the Manager, Energy & Asset Management, Facilities Management & Construction Services (FMCS), the Project Coordinator is responsible for implementing various asset management activities and capital projects to support the City’s facilities asset management program. The Project Coordinator assists with development of improved processes, systems, and technologies while administering ongoing collection, tracking, inputting and analysis of asset data.
