Co-ordinator Facilities Asset Management – Peel Regional Police

As a Co-ordinator-Facilities Asset Management within our Facilities Management Bureau, you will be responsible for operating the work order management system and asset management database, ensuring data integrity of the system with continuous updates, data entry and validation.

Additionally this position acts as the primary customer service representative for the Facilities Management Helpdesk and co-ordination of such with Facilities Operations Staff.

Budget and Accounting Coordinator – Wellington County

Under the direction of the Operating Budget and Cash Manager, the Budget and Accounting Coordinator will support and assist in the annual budget process, operating variance analysis and reporting, maintenance of the investment database with completion of related journal entries and account analysis and reconciliations as required.

Asset Management Analyst – Wellington County

Under the direction of the Asset Management Programme Manager, the Asset Management Analyst will be responsible for conducting detailed analysis and forecasts for infrastructure planning and creating financing strategies in accordance with the County’s Long-Term Financial Sustainability Strategy. The position will assist with the development and implementation of the County’s Corporate Asset Management (CAM) programme and maintain the tangible capital asset registry in the system of record (City Wide Asset Manager). The position is also responsible for completing the annual capital asset accounting requirements and related financial reporting.
