Asset Management Specialist – Municipality of Sioux Lookout

We are looking for an Asset Management Specialist to join our team. You will be in charge of maintaining the Municipality’s asset register portfolio and coordinating with all municipal departments on everything from asset management programming, capital grant applications, planning, and budgeting, as well as asset management related studies and plans. You will also ensure that all GIS data is kept up to date within our inventory and will coordinate the exchange of information among Emergency Services, Public Works, and Planning. You will be involved in the the administration and compliance of water and wastewater systems, solid waste management systems, public buildings, and roads too.

Program Manager, Asset Management Services – Co-operative Housing Federation of Canada

The Co-operative Housing Federation of Canada is recruiting for one permanent and one temporary position of Program Manager, Asset Management Services starting as soon as possible. The positions are full time (35 hours per week) and the temporary position is for a 1 year term. The positions could be located at the Ottawa or Toronto office on a hybrid basis, in the Montreal area on a remote basis, or consideration may be given to an alternative location in Canada.

The Program Manager, Asset Management Services assists with the provision of property asset management and associated technical services as part of CHF Canada’s Asset and Financial Planning Services. They may also contribute to initiatives related to the growth and development of the sector. They assist with the preparation of long-term asset management plans and the procurement of technical documents and technical services on behalf of client co-operatives. They maintain a workflow data base for ongoing project co-ordination to ensure timelines are met and billing process are implemented.

GIS Coordinator – Municipality of Port Hope

Working with internal and external stakeholders, responsibilities include the preparation and maintenance of spatial data and associated database records; cartographic data entry and the preparation of maps, graphics, etc.; assisting with GPS data capture & integration; gathering data from a variety of sources using existing spatial files, plans and databases and assisting as required with other aspects of mapping and data management.

Analyst – Asset and Maintenance Management – City of Guelph

This position will support the City’s program deployment and training for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), to ensure successful and timely project completion, integration into operations, and operational continuity. You will work with operations and maintenance teams, corporate teams and external organizations to ensure a smooth project flow, timely work completion and that all requirements are met.

You will provide support and strategic advice and expertise to the Manager, Corporate Asset and Project Management for successful delivery of projects. This role will also include using your technical and interpersonal skill sets to facilitate training and workshops, assist with progress updates, document management, and preparing communications materials.
