Join us for a 4-part webinar series in which we share tips and strategies for complying with the July 1, 2025 requirements of Ontario Regulation 588/17: Asset Management Planning for Municipal Infrastructure. Each session will feature a presentation from a subject matter expert, as well as municipal guest speakers who will share their approaches to compliance.

Audience: Whether you are new to the field and looking to understand the basics, or an experienced practitioner seeking advanced strategies, this series will provide valuable insights, practical tips, and real-world case studies applicable to professionals at all levels of expertise within infrastructure asset management. The content, tools, and templates are designed to support municipalities of all sizes.

New Resource! Simplified Levels of Service Toolkit

The simplified Levels of Service (LOS) Toolkit has been developed to support municipalities that are early in their asset management journey. This toolkit will support users in identifying and documenting current and proposed LOS and performance targets, in compliance with Ontario’s Asset Management Planning for Municipal Infrastructure regulation (O.Reg.588/17).

This toolkit is a complement to our more detailed, class specific LOS Toolkits, which are available upon request.

Because facilities are particularly complex, a separate Simplified Toolkit has been created specifically for Facilities.
