AMONTario invites municipal staff to a focused, interactive workshop designed to support asset management compliance and capacity-building ahead of the July 2025 deadline under Ontario Regulation 588/17. This half-day virtual session will help participants confidently present their asset management plans and integrate asset management practices into municipal decision-making.

The workshop will explore two key themes:

• Presenting to Council and the Public, featuring an interactive session led by Dan Wilson (CAO, Centre Wellington), peer-to-peer breakout discussions, and a facilitated Q&A.
• Integrating Asset Management into Budgeting, which includes an introductory presentation, a panel discussion with municipalities of various sizes and geographies, and an engagement activity focused on implementation challenges and opportunities.
